Effective: 10 October 2026. These terms apply to TUX Network services unless a specific service publishes additional terms.
1. Services and accounts
TUX Network provides short links, subdomain management and related online tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for safeguarding your credentials. Do not share accounts or impersonate others.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, illegal content, credential theft, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized scanning, infringement or evasion of security controls. We may block harmful links or domains.
3. Content and destinations
You remain responsible for links, records and destinations you create. We do not endorse external sites. Report suspected abuse using the published abuse contact.
4. Availability and changes
Services are provided on a best-effort basis, without guaranteed uptime. We may change, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, abuse prevention or legal reasons.
5. Suspension and deletion
Accounts, short links or subdomains may be restricted or removed for violations, security risks or legal requirements. Contact us to appeal an action or request account closure.
6. Liability and third parties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided as-is. Third-party services have their own terms. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
